Add it to Gmail

  1. Click Copy signature above.
  2. In Gmail, click the gear icon, then See all settings. Stay on the General tab.
  3. Scroll to Signature and click Create new. Call it Nordrin.
  4. Click in the signature box and paste with Cmd + V (Ctrl + V on Windows).
  5. Under Signature defaults, pick Nordrin for new emails and for replies and forwards.
  6. Tick Insert signature before quoted text in replies, so it sits under your reply, not under the old thread.
  7. Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes.

The Gmail phone app uses this signature too, as long as its own mobile signature setting is switched off. For Apple Mail or Outlook, paste into their signature settings the same way.
